Tokyo, Japan (March 5, 2010) - Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited today announced the appointment of new board positions of its domestic subsidiaries, effective from April 1, 2010.
1. DAIICHI SANKYO PROPHARMA CO., LTD.
Tsutomu Shimizu (current Member of the Board and General Manager of Shizuoka Plant) will stay on as Member of the Board at Daiichi Sankyo Propharma Co., Ltd.
2. DAIICHI SANKYO CHEMICAL PHARMA CO., LTD.
Hiroaki Sasaki (current Member of the Board, General Manager of Chemical Technology Research Department and Quality Assurance Department) will stay on as Member of the Board at Daiichi Sankyo Chemical Pharma Co., Ltd.
