Daiichi Sankyo Announces Changes to Audit and Supervisory Board at Domestic Subsidiaries

Tokyo, Japan (May 22, 2015) – Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited, today announced the names of the

executives at its Japan domestic subsidiaries who will be changed as of the annual shareholder’s meetings to be held in June.
