Daiichi Sankyo Announces Changes to Representative Directors, Members of the Board, and Members of the Audit and Supervisory Board
Tokyo, Japan, (May 15, 2014) –Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited today announced that its Board of Directors has nominated new Representative Directors, Members of the Board and Members of the Audit and Supervisory Board as follows. Appointments will be subject to approval at the Company’s 9th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 23 and formal resolutions at a subsequent board meeting.
