The Daiichi Sankyo Group's GHG emissions reduction targets (Scope1 + Scope2) and supplier engagement target (Scope3) have been approved as 1.5℃ targets by the Science Based Targets (SBT) Initiative*.

In FY2022, the Daiichi Sankyo Group revised its CO2 emissions to ▲63% of the FY15 level by FY2030, and its use of electricity derived from renewable energy to 100% by FY2030. These targets are recognized as scientifically based targets in line with the 1.5°C target. The supplier engagement target is also determined to be in line with the criteria set by SBTi.

The Daiichi Sankyo Group will continue to promote responsible corporate activities to address global warming and other sustainability issues.
