About Us

Daiichi Sankyo Australia: The Next Chapter in Oncology Innovation

In Australia, Daiichi Sankyo is more than a pharmaceutical company; we are a dedicated partner in the fight against cancer.

Despite significant advancements in science, cancer continues to claim too many lives. The need for innovative treatments is urgent.
Our pipeline, which includes medicines utilising our proprietary DXd (deruxtecan) ADC (antibody drug conjugate) technology as well as other novel entities, targets a wide range of difficult-to-treat cancers, including breast, lung, gastric, ovarian, and endometrial.
With a growing number of clinical trials across the country, we aim to ensure Australian patients benefit from the latest advancements in cancer care.

We are proud to partner with researchers, clinicians, patients, advocates, and government to deliver these solutions and advance the fight against cancer.

Daiichi Sankyo Group Employee Code of Conduct

At Daiichi Sankyo, integrity, innovation, and accountability are at the heart of everything we do. Our Employee Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that guide our actions worldwide. It embodies our commitment to ethical behaviour, strict compliance with laws and regulations, and fostering a culture of trust and transparency.

Thorough compliance is essential for the continuation of corporate activities in society.
Therefore, as a global group of pharmaceutical companies, we consider compliance practices as continuing to earn the trust of our diverse stakeholders, and we conduct activities with high ethical standards that take into account not only internal standards, but also social consciousness, philosophy, and social contribution, while adhering to the applicable laws and regulations of the markets in which we operate.

The Daiichi Sankyo group of companies defines “Integrity” as one of our Core Values. We have therefore positioned compliance as the standard we use in making decisions and judging values. In conducting our global business operations, we conduct compliance management with a strong focus on ensuring the high standards of ethics, which is essential for a healthcare company.

To help employees deepen their understanding of this concept and embody it in practice, we have established the Daiichi Sankyo Group Corporate Conduct Charter and the Daiichi Sankyo Group Employee Code of Conduct as the Group’s common codes of conduct.

Every Daiichi Sankyo employee plays a vital role in upholding these standards, helping us continue to make a meaningful impact for patients, communities, and one another.
