The Daiichi Sankyo Group's Value Report is a communication tool to introduce our short-, medium-, and long-term value creation process toward the realization of our Purpose from financial and non-financial perspectives. The report will help you understand the process as a story of sustainable corporate value enhancement, and initiatives and data related ESG are included.

The Value Report 2024 is structured into two main sections: The first section focuses on our value creation story, and the second section is dedicated to sustainability reporting with an emphasis on ESG information disclosure. As a special feature on human capital titled " Daiichi Sankyo‘s “People” Generating our Continued Innovation," we have highlighted our Group's strengths in Science & Technology, as well as our most important asset, our people. Through this feature, we hope to provide a deeper understanding of the sources of our Group's sustainable growth. Additionally, we introduce strategies and initiatives that embody "Daiichi Sankyo's uniqueness" from the perspectives of Board of Directors, Outside Directors, and global top managements, through articles featuring discussions on themes of human capital, patient centricity, and corporate governance.
